Lando Norris

Lando Norris arrived in Formula 1 in 2019 as one of McLaren's brightest academy products and grew into the team's spearhead as it climbed back to the front. Fast, consistent and unusually open with fans, he turned years of near-misses into a genuine title challenge as McLaren became the car to beat.

For 2026 he leads McLaren into the new regulations as its senior driver, paired with Oscar Piastri in what is arguably the strongest line-up on the grid. With a competitive car under him, this is the season Norris is expected to fight for the championship rather than chase it.
